The staff was very polite and professional. Since it was our first time riding mopeds, they clearly explained everything and made the whole process quick and easy. Overall, the experience was great and the service was excellent – big thanks to the team! The only downside was that one of the two mopeds we got was in worse condition – it was shakier while riding and noticeably louder than the other one. But aside from that, everything was great. Appreciate the awesome service!
