No, our rewards program is completely free to join. There are no membership fees or hidden costs involved. Only awesome rewards coming your way!

How can I track my points balance and rewards?
You can easily track your points balance and rewards by logging onto your account here. Please note that while you were automatically enrolled into our rewards program, you need to register online to create your login credentials to access your personal dashboard. For your convenience, your points balance will always be displayed at the bottom of our emails or you can always ask a team member at our stores for your points balance and rewards.

No, your points will never expire.

How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points at either of our stores. Just share your phone number or email and we’ll look up your points.

Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No, points are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the account holder.

What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
Points earned from a purchase that is later returned or refunded will be deducted from your rewards account.

Can I earn points for past purchases?
No, points are earned only for purchases made after joining the rewards program.
