Flat Rate Service
Hawaiian Style Care gives you one-stop service and support from Genuine Scooter experts, because we rent, wrench, ride and exclusively sell Genuine Scooters, so most issues can be resolved in a single visit.
- $15 Flat Rate Services for Mopeds and $20 Flat Rate Services for Motor Scooters per the Periodic Maintenance Table. Hawaiian Style Care covers any wearables on the bike that require replacement. Wearable items are belts, weights, brake pads and even tires*.
*Tires must be worn down and not punctured to be covered.

Qualifications
All new and used Genuine Scooters within the original warranty period and purchased directly from Hawaiian Style Sales automatically qualify for Hawaiian Style Care.
***Accidental damage coverage is only available at the time of original purchase on a new unit.
The remaining coverage period and member benefits are transferable on any trade-ins, but are unfortunately not transferrable to other customers.

Terms and Conditions
- Payment Plan Agreement Contract YEARLY PAYMENT PLAN You have agreed to pay the membership fees in full for access to the member benefits for an annual commitment.
- Cancellation of YEARLY PAYMENT PLAN You understand that you are able cancel your membership before receiving your first member benefit within the first 30 days of each annual charge. Please email [email protected] or call (808) 946-6733 to cancel.
- Membership : If you are under 18 years, you need your parents’ permission before becoming a member and accessing the benefits. Your Membership is non-transferable. Membership is based on periodic subscription fees and your membership will be suspended or cancelled if we do not receive the fees for your subscription type. You can ask for a refund of subscription fees under our “Moneyback Guarantee” policy, during the first 30 days of each annual subscription payment if you haven’t used any of the member benefits. You may also have rights granted to you by law which may entitle you to a refund of fees in specific circumstances. Apart from those things, refunds of subscription fees will not be made. Coverage is only for your vehicle. It can not be used on multiple vehicles. The remaining coverage period and member benefits are transferable on any trade-ins, but are unfortunately not transferrable to other customers.
- Refusal, suspension or termination of membership: We may, in our discretion, immediately restrict, suspend or terminate your membership if we consider you in breach of these Membership Terms or applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse membership in our discretion (examples include previous breaches of membership terms and previous utilization of the Site’s “Moneyback Guarantee”).
- Changes to Membership Terms: We may change these Membership Terms from time to time, but we will notify members before doing so. You will be given the opportunity to cancel your subscription with a pro-rata refund (based on time remaining in your subscription) if you do not want to accept the changes. If you do not opt out in this way, your continued subscription to and use of member benefits will be an acceptance of the updated Membership Terms.
- Applicable Laws: We control and operate from Honolulu, Hawaii. The laws of Hawaii govern these Membership Terms, and you and Hawaiian Style Sales, LLC submit to the jurisdiction of the courts here.
