Hawaiian Style Exchanges & Returns

We know this is a big purchase for you and we want you to feel 100% comfortable with your decision. We sincerely believe that you will not regret buying any products from us, but in the unlikely chance that you do we’ve outlined our available exchange & return policies below:

• Vehicles must be returned within three days and in original condition to qualify for any possible exchange & refund.
• All exchanges & returns must be completed at our shop.
• Any vehicles delivered will be assessed a $100 dollar delivery fee at the time of return.
• The vehicle must be in original resalable condition, and have no more than 25 new miles to receive a full refund or exchange credit.
• Vehicles in original resalable condition with greater than 25 miles, but less than 100 miles, will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.
• All accessory installations will incur a 10% restocking fee regardless of mileage while engine modifications will void any available refund or exchange credit
• All regularly inventoried parts and accessories must be returned within three days, be in original resalable condition and will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.
• Special order items do not qualify for any refunds or exchange credits.
