Good experience but I wish you were more transparent about the optional insurance charge and bond. As there was nothing on your site, I was assuming it would be a lot but was caught out not having enough on my travel card at the end of my trip costing me more in fees to transfer again. Also wish I could bring back full as I only used about half a tank? Gauge did not move from full. On the positive, overall good experience with attentive staff, good moped and good location. I will rent from you again when I come back. Thanks

Received message when I returned to mainland that my scooter was missing. I immediately called and the issue was resolved quickly. I was stressed for a short period of time.

Check-in took some time which eats into the rental window. The bike itself was good but needs more torque to get up hills
