Since June 26, I have been on three different bikes. The first one had a minor alignment issue, slow leak or other ailment of the rear tire and a possible oil leak or related issue. As a former bike mechanic, I understand multi-use bikes with multiple riders in any given day. When I initially brought in the first bike, I mentioned the issues but no one physically inspected the bike. However, the second time I brought the bike in, Brandon noticed one of the issues right away. Mia was very helpful in getting me on another bike very quickly. I did get back on one of the sport bikes the following day. The staff is friendly and still has time to answer my questions during their busy schedule. Thomas is very good answering my technical questions and even getting on the bike for a test ride.
