All new Genuine models come with a 3-year unlimited mileage warranty and all NIU models come with a 2-year unlimited mileage warranty. Included with every used purchase is a 1 year unlimited mileage warranty.

Simply put, it means we’ve got you covered. We repair, wrench and sell these vehicles everyday. They are rental tested and we know them in and out. We are open everyday for questions and only focus on a few models, so we really are the experts on all the vehicles we sell. Not sure which one is the right model for you? The warranty is transferable if the vehicle has been regularly maintained, if the new customer registers and pays a $99 warranty transfer fee and keeps regularly getting the vehicle maintained at the shop, roadside service is not transferable.

Alternatively, if the vehicle qualifies and you purchase Hawaiian Style Care then you won’t have to pay the $99 transfer fee.

This warranty is for failure of mechanical parts under normal use conditions and does not cover damaged parts due to abuse, misuse, or outside damage causes. This warranty is further limited in that the maintenance on the moped for the warranty period must be kept in accordance with Genuine Scooter Company. Warranty is voided if the vehicle is tampered with by someone other than an employee or affiliate of Hawaiian Style Rentals and Sales.
