SMOOTHEST RIDE
The Hooligan comes equipped with the all-new Maxxis M6029 performance scooter tires. The rubber is specially formulated for extreme durability and excellent grip. Along with high performance and a distinctive tread pattern, you will enjoy a more precise and stable ride. The more responsive dual rear suspension combined with the longer humped seat for two and switchblade passenger foot pegs make it easy to cruise anywhere on the island.

The powerful 170cc fuel injected engine provides much better cold starting, better throttle response, better fuel efficiency, and less maintenance. The Hooligan’s compact wheel base and lighter, stronger, low profile 12-inch alloy wheels provide a better performance than any other scooter in its class.
SAFER HANDLING
The front dual piston braking system and wave rotor give quicker, firmer, cooler and more consistent braking. Your brake pads will last longer with the upgraded dual piston caliper that allows for even distribution of braking power across the whole pad. This even distribution of force also allows for less unwanted noise, fewer vibrations, and an overall safer stopping situation. The upgraded stainless steel wave rotor disrupts any mud or debris and helps your whole braking system run cooler than traditional stock rotors. The rear hydraulic disc also provides greater stopping power and control at higher speeds.
BETTER VISIBILITY
The brighter and longer lasting projector LED headlight and turn signals allow for less maintenance and greater visibility on the roads in all conditions. The accurate digital speedometer, convenient USB port, and generous under seat storage make it easy for you and your passenger to get where you want to go in comfort.
